The Poland. Business Adventure Scholarship Program, organized by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, offers young people of Polish descent who were raised and educated abroad the opportunity to discover contemporary Poland in its social, cultural, historical, and economic dimensions. The program was initiated by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which provides the Polish Investment and Trade Agency with funding for its implementation.

 

Weronika's Experience

 

Weronika, one of 100 program participants from around the world, had the opportunity to get to know Poland through regional webinars, trips to three Polish cities, and an internship at Niemann Polska.

Here's what she says about it: "Thanks to my internship at Niemann Polska, I was able to see firsthand what it's like to work in a Polish company. I gained practical experience, met a great team, and learned a lot about exporting and collaborating with foreign partners."

 

Diploma Award Ceremony

 

On September 16, 2025, a gala was held at the Royal Castle in Warsaw, where Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski presented diplomas to program participants. During the gala, Niemann Polska received thanks for our support as a partner in the Poland. Business Adventure program.

 

We are thrilled and incredibly proud that Weronika's journey with Niemann Polska isn't over yet. After completing the program, Weronika decided to continue her career at our company as a junior export specialist. This is not only proof that this kind of efforts are producing tangible results, but also an inspiration to continue supporting young talents with Polish roots.
